David Evan’s practice focuses principally on antitrust and competition law and includes mergers and acquisitions, civil litigation, government investigations, and counseling. Mr. Evans has experience in range of industries, including electronic commerce, computer hardware and software, private equity, automotive, chemicals, medical devices, and defense.
August Horvath focuses his practice on advertising law and antitrust matters. Mr. Horvath represents clients in private false advertising and deceptive practices litigation before the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) Consumer Protection Bureau and the National Advertising Division (NAD) of the Council of Better Business Bureaus, and in courts around the country.
William MacLeod is chair of the Antitrust and Competition practice group. A former bureau director at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Mr. MacLeod focuses his practice on competition law, trade regulation, advertising, privacy and security.
